At the end of this course, attendees will:
•Identify, master and contextualize the essential components of a mitigation report used for pre-pleading memorandums, pre-sentencing, advocacy, and persuasive, writing.
•Master the art and science of effective persuasive writing.
•Bridge the gap between the clinical, legal, social justice, and public health components of persuasive writing.
•Develop both a well based and flexible framework for advocacy and persuasive writing.
•Practice and learn to implement principles and techniques.
